• Communicate important updates about your account
• Improve our services and user experience

3. Payment Information

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your payment data.

4. Gmail Integration

PT Biz offers an optional Gmail integration that allows the app to send invoice and receipt emails on your behalf using your connected Google account. By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize PT Biz to:

• Send emails (invoices, receipts, policy documents) to your clients via Gmail
• Access your email address to identify your connected account

We do not read, store, index, or process the contents of your Gmail inbox. The integration is limited strictly to sending outbound messages on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account permissions. Please also review Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Bank Account Data (Plaid)

PT Biz uses Plaid to allow you to optionally connect your bank account for expense tracking and transaction syncing. When you connect a bank account via Plaid:

• Plaid securely retrieves your transaction history and account balances on your behalf
• Financial data received from Plaid is used solely to populate your expense records within PT Biz
• We do not sell, share, or use your financial data for any purpose beyond the service you requested
• All Plaid data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.2+

You may disconnect your bank account at any time. Please review Plaid's End User Privacy Policy for full details on how Plaid handles your financial data.

6. Calendly Integration

PT Biz integrates with Calendly to allow you to manage scheduling, booking links, and invitees. When you connect your Calendly account, you authorize PT Biz to:

• Retrieve your event types and available booking times
• Retrieve scheduled events and invitee information
• Retrieve your Calendly user profile information (name, email, timezone)

This integration is read-only — we do not create, modify, or cancel bookings on your behalf. You may disconnect Calendly at any time within the app. Please review Calendly's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your data.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers (such as Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS, Google for email delivery, Plaid for bank connectivity, and Calendly for scheduling) solely to operate our services. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.

8. Data Collection & Processing

By using PT Biz, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. This includes:

• Profile and business information you provide
• Client records you create within the app
• Financial data synced via Plaid (with your explicit authorization)
• Invoice, session, and billing history
• Usage data to improve our services

Your data is processed solely to provide the PT Biz service. We do not sell, rent, or use your data for advertising purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by requesting account deletion.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Financial and invoice records are retained for up to 7 years to meet IRS and tax compliance requirements. All other data is deleted upon request.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
