This app is intended for personal trainers and fitness professionals to manage client invoices and payments. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Payments made through this app are processed by Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon by the trainer and client.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving invoice-related SMS notifications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by contacting your trainer.
PT Biz may send emails on your behalf using a connected Gmail account. By authorizing the Gmail integration, you grant PT Biz permission to send outbound emails to your clients. This permission is limited to sending only — we do not read or store your inbox. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.
PT Biz integrates with Calendly to enable scheduling and booking management. By connecting your Calendly account, you authorize PT Biz to retrieve your event types, scheduled events, invitee information, and user profile for the purpose of displaying bookings and managing leads within the app. This integration is read-only. You acknowledge that:
PT Biz integrates with Plaid to enable optional bank account connectivity for expense tracking. By connecting a bank account, you authorize PT Biz and Plaid to access your financial account data (transactions, balances) for the sole purpose of populating your expense records. You acknowledge that:
All content, features, and functionality of this app are owned by the service provider and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
